Method and citation

KickServe computes these numbers from its own match database: ATP matches from 1990, WTA from 1997, official ranking snapshots from 2003 and the Elo replay from 2011. Serve and return figures cover only the matches with point-by-point data, so they are rates, not totals, and every rate leaderboard states its minimum sample. The full career tables are on tennis records; the ratings files are free to download on the data page.

How to use these numbers

Each sentence is written to stand on its own: the player, the number, the sample and the date are all in the claim. Quote the sentence with the date and link this page or the specific player page. For the ratings rows, use the CSV and JSON files; for the full career leaderboards, use tennis records.
